well, will not be encouraging anyone to use their restaurant facilities. Not only as there isn't any ambience at the premises, but also their understanding of how their customers will be treated and our, poorly explained understanding of how lunch would be served, etc. The impact of the 'agreement' is wholly one sided, and their customers will be shown the door as quickly as possible. Service agreed, meal set, you arrived, eat, and .... fast , meal done, over and out!! Would have had better luck to have invited everyone to eat an ice-cream from a Mcdonald's take away! Really sad overall. Do not leave anything you agree with them to good customer focused service. You will be shown the door as quickly as possible, expect the least feeling of hospitality as possible, if at all. it is cheap, it is quick, and as you would expect, it is not quality service. It was my first time to bring our family together after many years.... sorry I chose such a poor venue, and a proprietor who seemed only wanting to do as little as possible for us.

Excellent food and service both in the restaurant and catering. We had a family gathering for 35+ on Sunday, we booked 24 hours before having been let down by another local restaurant. Kishorbhai the owner was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure the lunch was a success, we had 4 generations of family present and all were well taken care of. Food was lovely, service was great and the price was very reasonable. Pradips catered for a dinner at home the following day for 30 people and once again did an excellent job, the food was lovely, the service very professional. I will not hesitate to use Pradips for all future events.

We celebrated a 50th Birthday at Pradips. Ashwinbhai and his team provided an excellent service on the day and also pre event in helping plan and prepare. Flexible, friendly and efficient. All our guests had a great time.

Great place, visit every 2 months for breakfast snacks. Always freshly cooked and very tasty. Staff very helpful and service with a smile.
