Only use this place if it really is your only option. I arrived at 4pm today and was told 1.5 hour wait, it's now 7.20pm and I've just left after being seen. I was in a lot of pain which I made clear when I arrived but somehow other people also using the walk in service were getting prioritized above me.... Doctor I saw was great and really helpful but overall this was a terrible experience. They have signs up encouraging you to fill in a patient survey, I asked for one and conveniently they'd run out.....!!!

Have literally just returned from visiting the health centre. Arrived about 12 noon and the receptionist was very pleasant. Just 2 other people waiting and I was seen by a lovely nurse practitioner within half an hour The practitioner was thorough and friendly and wrote a prescription for the medication I needed. My experience was very positive.

Waited less than half an hour to see Nurse. I had taken a large chunk of flesh out of my arm when negotiating a doorway with my arms full of shopping etc. Although we dressed it at home, it continued to bleed through the night. I was cared for by a lovely nurse who carefully cleaned the wound and gently secured the skin back in place befor applying a robust dressing. Top notch service.

Wish I could write about just the one doctor I saw today, I was disgusted in the way I was treated this evening, after waiting 2 hours to be seen, I was not listened to or understood by the doctor provided, she belittle me because of my age and blatantly was rude to me because I was not accompanied by an adult... She spoke to me in words she knew I wouldn’t understand and gave me no alternative help from my illness and I left with nothing, a complete waste of time! And ended with me crying my eyes out, after feeling bullied by someone who was meant to help me! Disgusted with this treatment NEVER will I be visiting again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Awful service. Receptionist who can't speak English and doctors who accuse you of faking your illness and wasting their time. Editing so say that later the same afternoon I travelled 200 miles to see my own g.p...... apparently I do have an ear infection and fluid in my ear so looks like I wasn't just faking it for drugs.

Was visiting Brighton for a few days and got an infected finger, visited the walk-in centre and was advised a Dr would call me between 4pm & 6pm. A very pleasant Dr, sorry didn’t get his name, called me about 4:10pm and we discussed the issue and he advised I needed antibiotic cream, he sent a prescription to Boots chemist where I was able to collect the cream. Thank you Dr you saved my few days away and my finger is now hugely better.

Impossible to get through even after 45 waiting on the phone. Hard to get appointments with the new online system, it is even difficult to get them to approve your account to actually allow you to use the practice plus services. It used to be so simple and easy to get through to reception for appointments and administrative help.

I will never recommend this GP. This place is impossible to reach. can almost certainly never reach the gp whatsoever in any of the number they provide. The only way is to book an e-consulation which you get after two or three weeks. For any tests done you can never get the results. Have never been to reach via call in the past two years. Have visited the place to update the address on record, despite giving the correct address many times it’s still not updated.
