Their website said they were happy to rent to that age... and then when we contacted them that turned out to be completely untrue. No apology, no help, just a flat refusal despite what their own material claimed.

When app based and online rental companies drown you in virtual forms, refuse to reset your password, offer to send you an access card by snail mail, and demand a recurring subscription, it's great to meet someone face to face (masked) sign a form and pick up a van the old fashioned way. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent van too. Great value for money.
