Pound Plus Store & Post Office london

Dishonest and rude staff. He tried to overcharge me for a parcel, by quoting two different prices in a space of 30 minutes. He didn't like it when I asked why the sudden price hike and proceeded to rant and rave and had the audacity to refuse to serve me. He then got his mates involved who hurled insults at me and I was so shocked I left. The staff are bigots. I WILL NEVER use this post office again. Interestingly I went to another post office up the road who charged me £1.50 less for my parcel and they were very well mannered. I even went back and posted more parcels. What a difference? Disgusting behaviour from previous post office. Dishonest thieves who think they can speak to customers in any manner they see fit. They do not deserve the one star

The staff at this post office are rude, impatient and patronising. The few times I’ve been here I’ve been spoken to like an idiot. They’re so disrespectful that I refuse to go without a male with me. If I go alone I’m disrespected and made to feel uncomfortable, if I go with my father they speak to him rather than me even though I’m the one posting a parcel and paying for the delivery. I’m also certain they overcharge for parcels.

I've picked up parcels at this shop a few times, and every time they make it difficult. A couple of times they acted like they don't store parcels for collection at all and they just look at you like you're crazy. Once I had two parcels to collect, and after finding one parcel the guy went on to serve someone else. Eventually I got the attention of another member of staff, and then had to spend a few minutes convincing them that there was a second parcel for me. When they grudgingly looked for it and found it, they threw it at me, didn't apologise and just ignored me. I get my parcels delivered elsewhere now.

A ONCE good buissiness now run by a pair of miserable sods who cant do anything to help you !!!,Unless there`s money in it for then,Terrible Shame.
