Excellent! Arranged for them to give a quote, returned to check measurements when I contacted them to carry out the work. The patio door is wonderful. Excellent service and good price. Would recommend them and will have them back for any more replacement windows in future.

We are delighted with our new windows and doors.This company went out of its way to provide the design we wanted and carried out the work quickly and to a very high standard.They also designed and made three stained glass windows in double glazing which are beautifully crafted.I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful, came out to view exactly when they said they would and provided quotation the next day as they said they would. Extremely honest in informing us that we don't really need to replace the window at the moment rather than just selling us a new window. Would highly recommend as a reliable and honest company and would most definitely use should the need arise in the future. Refreshing to know that there are good, honest businesses out there where customer service is still paramount. Thank you.

Absolutely over the moon with our front and back doors. Had to wait a bit longer to have them fitted due to the current situation but well worth waiting for. The fitters have done an excellent job and tidied up too. Wouldn't know they had been apart from my beautiful new doors. Many thanks

Absolutely worst customer service that I have ever received!! Please use a different company I had a quote during September for a replacement french door. It was one of the cheapest quotes I had had but now I know why. After receiving the quote Mark, the surveyor, stated that my job would be on hold until I pay for the deposit, this was reiterated by a text message from Dave the owner the same! I then received numerous calls and messages (quite frequently) over the next couple of weeks. I then received a text message saying as I haven’t paid the deposit I would need to pay a cancellation fee! This was not conveyed to me in ANY conversation. I then rang the owner Dave who went on to SHOUT and literally not let me speak to discuss the ‘threatening’ message. He then stated “if you don’t pay the deposit you’ll pay the cancellation fee” and put the phone down! Please use a different local company, which to there are many, who would deserve your custom!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Im unable to respond to below comment so I’ve edited this one. This information was not explained to me and I’d like to draw attention to your website which states “free quotations” I was told by Dave the owner that I’d need to pay for that quotation fee!!! Please do not LIE and make things up. Further confirms my lack of tryst in this company

Mark and the company seem great but their installer let them down completely. One window was not installed correctly, multiple nicks and marks on the new fitted front door, whistling noise on the main living room window as it was not correctly sealed, left broken glass all over the kitchen and driveway around our trailer. Had them out multiple times to fix problems, the results are fine over all, but their fitter lefts lots of problems. Would not recommend unfortunately. Edit: 6 months after installation (July 2020) we still have a whistling noise coming through the main window.
