I've never had a problem here. The doctor is very conscientious, most of the staff have the patience to listen and sort out any problems or confusion I have had.

Do not recommend this practice at all. I got told that I could not have ovarian cyst by the nurse. To then be told by the Stan in dr to go sau. I had 2 cyst and had an op. After my op I’ve been in and out of hospital the nurse is no help. I get told to ring up at 9am to then get told to ring up at 8am , to get told after 13 x calling there is no appointment and that apparently there was only 2 calls .

My partner has been phoning this place over and over to get an appointment and was just ignored. When they finally picked up they said the phone only rang twice and there where no appointments left. My partner has been suffering from immense pain and has ended up in the hospital 5 times since July and this isnt the 1st time this has happened with this medical centre it happens too often also when she does manage to get a rare appointment it is usually with the practitioner nurse who hasn't got a god damn clue what shes doing and has been grossly wrong ever single time, to the point it could be counted as neglect to members of staff who may be reading this just know a formal letter of complaint is coming

If I could give 0 I would. I've been trying to get through for days and they just let the phone ring and then click off. I tried to set up the online appointment system to get around this issue as it seems a common one! but it isn't working. When I went in to fix it they didn't have a clue 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ completely useless as a doctors if I can't book appointments online or over the phone. I have a 6 week old, I can hardly just pop down at 8am to book in person. Not sure if this is something to do with privatisation or if this particular gp practice is just rubbish but it's infuriating!!

Suffering with really bad diarrhoea. Been going this doctors all my life. Worked all my life and can never get through to them. When I finally do after 10 calls alls you get is sorry we are fully booked today. Hopeless no offer of call back if anyone cancels appointments or anything.
