If I could give 0 I would. I've been trying to get through for days and they just let the phone ring and then click off. I tried to set up the online appointment system to get around this issue as it seems a common one! but it isn't working. When I went in to fix it they didn't have a clue 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ completely useless as a doctors if I can't book appointments online or over the phone. I have a 6 week old, I can hardly just pop down at 8am to book in person. Not sure if this is something to do with privatisation or if this particular gp practice is just rubbish but it's infuriating!!
