We really can't thank Claire from Postural Health enough. She has been fundamental in getting my mum walking again and her positive, professional and infectious attitude has been like a total breath of fresh air. I phoned Claire out of the blue during a very hard few months for our family, despite the exceptionally challenging circumstances Claire was faced with she went above and beyond at supporting her and my mums mobility has surpassed what we could have hoped for. I really could not recommend Claire and her team more. Thank you so much.

Claire has worked with my Mum over the last 6 weeks after she suffered a stroke at the end of March. Claire was warm and compassionate towards Mum and has very much given her( and us) the motivation for her continued rehabilitation..

A BIG thank you to Patrick for helping me with my on going lower back pain! Such a fantastic service from start to finish. Patrick has really helped me understand my back issues and educated me about my injury. Just 3 sessions I’ve learnt so much about the body and how to prevent any future problems re-occurring with stretches, exercises & techniques . Left today feeling extremely positive and looking forward to putting what I’ve learnt into action!

Just want to thank Patrick and Claire for seeing me and my daughter so promptly, even though they were moving premises! A very friendly, approachable physio practice, and the exercises they've recommended are easy to do, and, more importantly, are effective! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
