Very very poor customer services, I am a disable person, bought a memory mattress from eBay, wasn’t good so had to return it. Called post office to find out if they can help me in packing it, obviously I would pay, needed to confirm it before I book a taxi and take It to the post office but the lady was too rude and hung up on me, as on my fourth call she said i said hello 2 times thats why she hung up on me. If she wasn’t gona talk how would I confirm she is on phone. Any ways if some one is calling them its not that i wanted to a casual chat obviously i had an issue and thats why called. Very rude and worst experience. . Post office should review the service as at the end it’s the name on line. Seriously not cool At all.

"I don't like your attitude, I am not serving you, take your postage to another post office" that's what the man at SPAR told me when I told him the postage fees is £0.79 not £1.7ish. He does not know that international people in Glasgow speak different accents. RACIST staff, not recommended.

This morning I had over 30 Christmas cards to send around the world and I was greeted by Gregor. Gregor’s customer service was friendly , humorous and professional. Unlike normal Mondays, Gregor excitedly express his ‘Happy Mondays’ which made my day. So much that I won’t thought it is possible to work in a overwhelming store with many impatient customer queuing a few weeks to Christmas ! This man deserve a promotion especially doing two jobs (Post Office man and Lemmington Spar corporate) ! No exaggeration (honest review) William
