Unprofessional lady with brown hair, having my baby have a cold and sneezing while I’m round the corner of the shop and hearing her say ‘what the hell is that’ to another team member is very rude and shouldn’t say things so loud so the mother of the child can hear, she’s very unprofessional even the young Lady’s are more professional then she is. She didn’t even say sorry she just put her head down in embarrassment when I turned around and said that will be my child.

Went in to post a couple of letters, forced to wait outside as only 2 people allowed in shop at a time. In future I will use the spar shop around the corner as it's much friendlier
