Got an Amazon delivery sent here for pickup, as I’m rarely at home during the day. Tracked through the Royal Mail, confirmed delivered and ready for collection. When I went in they were unable to find it and had no idea what to do. Very poor service, and they have the cheek to have tip jars on the counter!

Amazing helpful and jolly staff, both in the post office section and the shop store! I brought in a small parcel to be sent off, after selling it on eBay. The weight of the parcel came up as 2.01kg - which is 10 grams over the small parcel weight limit. So the lady at the till suggested to take off excess parcel paper and bubble wrap to save myself over £10 of posting costs, where the in store staff helped with supplying some scissors for me and cello tape provided within the post office section. I am very greatful for all the staff that has helped me today!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! experience in this post office. The two girls behind the tills are very, very rude and need to know what customer service means or else don’t be in a job where it requires one to serve customers.
