It's a strange place. The staff are always disinterested and verging on rude. Having said that, you can buy most things there for postage so it is convenient. Dont expect a smile.

Very disappointed. I needed to collect a parcel on Monday 3rd February, but was closed all day. Had to go again the next day, to find they were again closed. I will not use the Post office in the future. Can't understand why another member of staff couldn't have covered?

Used the dry cleaning service, they put two staples through the silk of my tie and ruined it. Do not use.

They are always late in the morning. It says open from 9am but they never open before 9:30am

25th of May (2018) and is closed? They are always late in the morning while the service is every time so slow. It's pity that there is no alternative in the area around. Update, when you ask for tracked option they select next day delivery by 1am. When I went back I was told that this is the only option for tracked posting. Thus you end up paying 8 pounds for 256grams envelope/parcel. Good luck. Also options like signed for are not tracked apparently.

Post office waste of space, why not turn it into the local rubbish tip? My advice use St Giles PO round the corner, great service there and open when they are meant to be.

I was served by a very sullen and rude lady yesterday...clearly annoyed that she had to put down her phone. To try and add a little balance to this review. It was clean enough, and product was easy to find. And...it is always nice to see a local post office. To be fair ...I have no idea what the other staff are llike...Hopefully better.

Not friendly, not polite to customers, not on time as usual, even ONE STAR is too much. I will never use this post office . Had enough as a local customer.
