Post Office Ltd london

I've always had good service in this post office/shop. Especially the big lady I found her very helpful and friendly.

I work at the hospital next door and I've been using this post office every couple of days ever since I started the job. I have never had a problem, great knowledge of the service by the old man who based to my experience is also the most helpful post office chap ever.

Miserable Unhelpful Staff. We have to return a tv that we both from eBay 2 weeks ago, at first he told us to bring it after 4:00pm because they don’t have a space for it to store. That’s fine, so I have to wait for my next day off to bring it again, when we bring it he told me that we should bring it to the depot, I told him that I could have done that if he haven’t told me that I should bring it after 4:00pm because the guy collecting parcels is coming @ 4:30pm. I’ve been standing and watching him serving customers for 30 to 40 minutes and He never even smile @ all while serving customer.

What an awful experience I had with the fat lady who served me. On two occasions now of visiting this post office and being served by her, I have found her attitude vile. She acts as if she is doing you a favour! Stay at home or do your bloody job with a smile on your face.

My parcels 32x32x32 Royal mail class as medium size £10 1sr class signed, the get in branch refused to messure my package and wouldn't belive my size I told him and charged me £15 a package. Will not be using again for post office or any other service.

Visited this branch today after long time. This branch is under new management. The new Post Master explained me a wide range of services they provide at this branch. The service is quick and efficient. Additionally , there is a little Cafe at the back so you can buy delicious lunch if you are visiting this branch. Great Service.. Great People.

The customer service at the newly opened Colham Green Post Office was absolutely exceptional when I visited today. I received so much help from the staff who went over and above all expectations to assist me. I will definitely be using this wonderful service for all my future postal needs. Friendly, extremely helpful and made me feel a valued customer. Well done!!!

Simply the best! Super friendly staff and environment weather you need the post office or the off license these guys will provide to you in the best manner. I saw some bad reviews about this place before I went in and I must say I was shocked the moment I needed their service the complete opposite off “bad”. These people are the best and they keep their shop well organised, managed and super hygienic! Would recommend to all great communication and great people!!!!

Very very convenient that this post office is open till 10pm all 7 days of the week. This is what I call customer service. The staff are always smiling and helpful. Impressed!!

I have just been back to this shop after a year. Oh wow what a change! Very helpful and friendly and so clean. Even managed to post something after 5 without fuss or a queue, which maybe unheard of in uxbridge
