Most often there would be only one person working on the counter and out of 7 counters 6 remain closed all the time. Staffs are not polite and helpful rather than are liked to speak like boss. Want to make serpentine queues and don’t acknowledge the late services. I might say rather poor service.

This place needs good attention towards their basic attitudes. They never open on time always 30 min late to open but rush up 30 minutes before close hours. Lethargic attitude.

Celia and Bal are amazing they are always happy and friendly even under pressure they are very quick and efficient. Amazing customer service.

I been there around 4:30 pm . There was somemistake on my sia application and the staff told to change on the application and come back. I change through my phone And I gone back to the till after was different Asian lady staff she told me the biometric machine is not working come tomorrow morning in a rude way although it was working .How it was working when different staff did before 7 min ago. Clearly she want to close her till and chill.

The worst customer service ever. The Muslim lady was very rude to me . I was first one in the queue waiting my turn to send my documents. she put someone else who is behind me before me, and she didn't even say sorry. Very rude people. Seriously why are they sitting that office if they can't be friendly or helpful to people? The African lady who received my documents was not friendly either when I asked something about the form or payment she was replying me so rude. I left that office wondering what is wrong with this people how come there like this. I will never ever go back to Southall broadway post office again. They should learn how to be friendly to the customer or leave that job it doesn't suit you.

Every time I walk past this post office the que is out the door. Popped in today to post a letter, 2 self scan machines NOT WORKING, 2 desks open... ridiculously long wait, never again.

Worst customer services ever. Very rude with customers who waits in long queues. They also thug you by sending all posts by SPECIAL GUARANTEED DELIVERY to over charge customers without explaining other options. Staff are mostly busy on their mobile phone on personal calls and texting. Only one or barely two counters serve out of 8 counters. They don't care people are waiting for hours outside.
