Unprofessional staff. Lost three parcels at this shop. Rude and overpriced. Avoid

Very rude and argumentative staff not suitable for the shop the man won't let u get gas and electric cards and keys without buying something so they can line there own pockets get other staff for this shop

Rude staff. Always made out it’s the customers fault for there misfortune with profits. Avoid at all costs. Go elsewhere if you don’t want a lecture about what your buying

Post Office is a disgrace here, they ALWAYS overcharge for postage, you do not get proper receipts and half the time the consignment never reaches the recipient. The staff is rude, and you can not even reject, they take the letter first, do not ask about the service you would like to use, put the stamps etc. on and THEN tell you how much to pay, by which time you realised you are overcharged, but it is already too late to protest. Avoid, and use a proper office instead.

Fairly unfriendly staff. Never once had a smile, hello, thanks or goodbye. Get the job done in robotic fashion though.

Absolutely rude staff. I believe it's a couple that runs this place both are equally rude and nasty people. I definitely won't be using this post office again.

Staff are rude and abrupt. I have had 2 parcels go missing which never seems to happen at any other branch? Going by these reviews I am worryingly not alone. I would rather walk or drive to the branches at Corstorphine or Asda for a professional service.

Sent a large sum of money from this post office and it went missing, crooked dirty shop owners

The man who runs this Post Office branch is unbelievably unfriendly and seems to go out of his way to show how much he dislikes customers. Every time I go there, he seems to try to pick a fight with me!
