Small but efficient. Haven't encountered any issues posting stuff there. Staff are nice, polite and professional. They do try to upsell you stuff but that's their job, I guess. Has a working cash point outside which is handy.

Incredibly slow and always a huge queue when I go there. This is probably one of the worst Post Offices in Brighton. Totally dreadful place. Also - learn about parcel sizes for international. Trying to push Parcel-force on me so they get more commission. Went to another Post Office and had no trouble posting the parcel.

The staff here are brilliant so friendly and helpful. I now run an online business from home and started off taking just a couple of items a week here! Overtime my work-load has increasing meaning that I’m dropping off big bags of parcels every day. Very good COVID control measures. Signage on the door, easy access to hand sanitiser and one way arrows, with a person available on the front door to control the queue and limited the number of customers in branch at one time. All staff had on face coverings despite being behind glass screens. Never been any problems for me using this branch and it’s a pleasure to call in 😊 Thanks Again!

The staff here are brilliant so friendly and helpful. I now run an online business from home and started off taking just a couple of items a week here! Over time my workload has increased meaning that I’m dropping off big bags of parcels every day. I now approximately send 150 to 200 parcels per week using this Post Office. Each time I go in the guys are friendly and efficient and go out of their way to make this as easy as possible for me. I have never had any problems or issues here it’s always a pleasure to visit. 😊

I did not feel safe using this post office. I watched as a staff member without a mask on coughed into their hands before picking up and passing back receipts/items to the person in front of me, they didn't sanitise their hands and then promptly did the same to me. I know some people can't wear masks but as far as I'm aware we should all be following hand and cough hygiene. There are several signs up asking customers to follow government guidance, so I would expect the same courtesy to be applied to customers. This would make me uncomfortable any time but even moreso during the pandemic. I will try to use other post offices where possible.

5/ 5

The staff at this Post Office are extremely friendly and professional and always deliver a high level of service. I visit nearly every day as my business requires me to send a lot of parcels and I’m always very impressed with the attentiveness and willingness to help - even when I bring in large and sometimes quite tricky orders. This has been vital to me since the pandemic started and I am so grateful for having this Post Office available to me, especially in these difficult times. Highly recommend!!!
