I'd like to say this is a lovely post office as I'm grateful to have one so near me but unfortunately I have to agree with most of the reviews in that the guy at the post office is extremely rude. He also tried to get you to pay over the odds when there could be cheaper options. On a more positive note, the people who run the coffee shop are lovely.

Don't know how people can get upset here.. hardly ever a queue, never had a problem with staff, don't need a song and a dance from them, just efficient service, which is what they provide.

Terrible service, owner tried to avoid stamp Certificate of Posting giving only receipt, when asked for stamp he said he could give only stamp or receipt not both. I've insisted and after minute of arguing he finnaly gave up. Probably wasn't happy as he need to send parcel which was prepaid on website already. What a sad bloke! Post Office is inside coffe/burger shop, 2 minutes in the queue and all clothes stinks like pack of old fries!! Disgusting!

absolutely disgusting service. This is supposed to be a post office, where I can come to sort any paperwork out, but instead i was shouted at and told "all you people come to me with your problems" when i asked what number i should call on a receipt he handed me. The guy that works here is so vile and unhelpful. If i could give negative stars i would.

I have used this post office branch many times before - I’ve always been served by the blond gentleman and I used to be very happy with his service. Very efficient and polite. Today, however, I’ve been served by the order Asian man (the owner - I’ve heard) - and the service was appalling!!! I brought 40 letters to post as I own small business - I’ve done similar quantities before without any issue. But today that man asked me “I hope you don’t need a proof of postage for all of them” - I replied that I did - he then rolled his eyes and said it would be very time consuming. And at that time there were no other customers. Then he applied the wrong postage multiple times, and was annoyed that I pointed that out. It seemed that he couldn’t hear my instructions clearly - even though I was almost shouting through that glass! Then at the end when I wanted to pay it kept saying card error - when I use this card on regular basis and I’ve used it the same day just after visiting post office and it worked! I had to transfer money to another card which eventually got accepted but he was very annoyed to wait and kept making comments to his colleague. Then he told me to next time bring him the list of addresses - even though I’ve never had to do it before! At the end I said “thank you, but I want to let you know that you made me very uncomfortable” - to which he smirked….! Unacceptable attitude all the way! I was so upset and anxious that I burst out crying just after I left the store. I will never use their services again! Now I feel anxious to go to any store worried that I might be treated the same! Well I hope sir one day someone will treat you this way too!

Very friendly and helpful service at the post office. There’s also a cafe if you want a coffee or snack while you wait. Only issue is sometimes the queue is very long and slow especially at lunchtime.
