We have been using this post office for several years and I have to say we are very happy with the efficient service. All the staff and friendly, professional and know their jobs inside out. Special mention to Uttam for whom you really feel nothing is too much trouble.

I had such bad experience with two employees in Hanger Lane post office who were mean to me, since then I go to Ealing Broadway self-service machine to post parcels. It used to take at least 75 minutes to do whole thing but I just don't want to go back there. Why should I deal with mean people who could be kind instead. Recently I moved to West Ealing. I have used this post office for few times since October. So far I have been served by three employees. One younger lady with a glasses and another lady as well as Uttam, a gentleman who also played with my 7 month old daughter. They are efficient, reasonably quick (yet still take time to listen to you and understand your needs also introduce you the service they do in clear manner) and professional yet friendly and approachable. I'm feel welcomed by my neighborhood!
