Post Office london

Well stocked general store with a Post Office in the back. It can get VERY busy here, and I can't help thinking opening more counters would help at peak times.

Staff always segues the highest price for the parcel.And they saying that to you like you don't have any other option.Only once lady ask me do I want 1 class or second. With signature or not.People you selling only stamp!!You don't have to upswell stamps!!

I was coming to this post office since 2007 and team was friendly and helpful until today..i dont know which part went wrong or them being in a bad mood left me angry and missedunderstood. I went to send my parcel and all i needed just a bit more information and explanation. Instead i have been thrown lealflets to my face and rude attitude. Even when i tried to smooth things down by asking that i used to get options for sending parcels was given an other leaflet “check prices here”. Them talking in they language behind the window made me think if i ever want to come back.

When they close down never any notice and they close for weeks or longer. No signs up to inform . Hopefully PO revoke there license

Lots of areas to improve to be honest Staff needs further technical training and some new staff definitely needs to be hired to help at busy times and who are more technically capable of doing stuff.

My local post office, love it so much the service is super quick when I need to post things to my customers. The lady at the till is so nice she's so sweet

Horrible experience. Very rude member of staff, doesn't deserve to work for such a reputable House name.
