Shockingly poor customer service from a woman named Jackie who was aggressive towards m, her attitude was shocking but then, the way the female middle aged manager speaks to her staff is as unprofessional too, so no wonder the staff are so rude and miserable. The only person in there who was friendly and polite in the older man who works in there, feel very sorry for him, he looked downtrodden. .

Jackie the Manager is probably the rudest most patronising person ever to work in customer service.

If I could give this Post Office no stars I would. Customer service is the worst I’ve encountered.

1/ 5

If I could give this Post Office no stars I would. Customer service is the worst I’ve encountered. Staff are utterly disinterested in helping you with any kind of problem. Michelle, who works behind the back desk needs re-training in every aspect of customer service. Rude and dismissive from the moment I approached her. It’s not the customer’s fault you hate your job. You’d be quicker strapping your parcel to a seagull, and sending it to your proposed destination. There’s nothing ‘Royal’ about Royal Mail.
