Disgusting. After one of the staff mistake, they took away winning scratch card and never pay my money. I been there several times and no one is feel any responsibility for it. I left my phone number and waiting already 2 weeks for my money. Not serious Business , not recommending and totally disappointed. Took my taxi takings in to deposit in my buisness account, had 12 bags of change, mostly £2 coins and they refused to take them all, said can only deposit five bags at any one time, it wasn't the counter clerks fault as she said she was doing as she was instructed from her boss, absolutely ridiculous 😡 the bank doesn't take them either, I caused a que because the two customers behind me, deposited them in my account for me, MONEY IS MONEY !! get a grip and do the job 😡😡😡
