Rude and obnoxious. No wonder nobody uses this place anymore. Everyone I know goes to Nisa across the road if they need quick bits and bobs. Also I drive all the way into Johnstone just so I don't have to go here. They scan your items and don't even tell you the price just expect you to hand over the cash whilst no thanks or hello/goodbye given. Costs nothing. On other occasions they'll charge you for a small parcel when it can clearly go as a large letter. Save your money go elsewhere. Bitter old git

We won't be back here again. We asked the woman behind the counter if she could tape the returns label to the parcel and she refused. An absolute disgrace! We stopped off at the one in Johnstone where the woman happily obliged. If the owner actually cares about their customer base then they'll quickly address the issue of this woman being allowed to serve customers before they find they have none at all.

After 20 years using the Elderslie Post Office and having excellent service from Amerjeet the owner/manager and Ian, today a female behind the counter was exceptionally rude, and her attitude when asking simply for a stamp, was enough for me never to return. In this financial and economic downturn due to Covid-19, all businesses reply heavily on repeat customer business, but for someone who chooses to work in the public service sector, then customer service should always be first class, even if you are having a bad day. As for my custom, I don’t deserve to be treated in a disrespectful manner, as less than a mile away is Johnstone Post Office which I am happy to use from now on. Amerjeet, maybe consider who you employee to serve your customers because if you don’t look after the customer, someone else will. And social media is a powerful tool to warn others considering using your services, when negative reviews are written.
