Do not read the old reviews as these relate to the previous owner who virtually ran the post downhill. So much better to have new owners , pleasant and always helpful, so as I say ignore old reviews

Having Googled my nearest PO I visited this post office yesterday around 10 minutes before closing time with a large parcel that I needed to bag and post. The two guys that served me couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous and I came away thinking what on earth are the people thinking that left terrible reviews about this PO. Great service guys, thank you!

1/ 5

Apparently now too small to offer advertised click and drop services that they've always done previously and advertised online, instead btold to go to the depot with it. That's only three miles away. If you calmly and respectfully query why that's changed despite dropping off similar packages before, why their store is still an option on the Royal Mail click and drop service, or if it's fair to customers to just change services offered without notice, you get told you're being rude and asked to leave-wont even give their name or ID for making a formal complaint. The irony of Royal Mail's website asking people to support their local stores at the moment... Won't be back-there's an enduring reason why these guys are referred to as Royal Fail and ParcelFarce.
