Post Office bristol

It Is a good post office, whenever there are enough staff in. (As it's usually busy) stars will improve when more staff are deployed at busy times.

Always provide a good service and friendly staff.

No organisation, no efficiency, not friendly. Please put more trained and efficient and professional staff here

It can get busy but the staff here are friendly and always greet me with a smile. They also allow me to take my dog in with me.

Used to be fine, but now it's open at completely random times! Closed at 12:30 on a Tuesday despite the opening times being listed as until 11. Tried multiple times to pick a parcel up from here and haven't been able to... Would seriously advise not getting anything delivered here and not to waste your time trying to post anything either. Just to go East Street.

Says they're open until 10PM, so I thought I would be able to pick up my parcel after work. They were closed, at least change it on the internet so that people don't get their hopes up.

If you're going to claim to be open online, it might be a good idea to actually be open

Hilariously rude and slow staff. Looking forward to management of this post office changing, because right now it falls far below any acceptable level of customer service. I go out of my way to avoid this place, the aggravation is just not worth it. Go to the East Street branch instead.

Post Office counter broken and has been for some time, staff were very unhelpful and not forthcoming with when it'll be fixed. As the counter is closed it's not possible to use the service after 17:30.
