Fantastic experience and very helpful staff. We went in with a very tricky post job at a busy time at the weekend and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Will definitely use them going forwards. Excellent experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff, can get very busy,but given that it's the only post office nearby it's not surprising it gets busy.

I love the service in this Post Office, and have used them for years. Can't say I enjoy the queues at Christmas, but that's not their fault - they've closed down too many post offices.

The best little post office in the world with the most wonderful staff! I have read some of the reviews here but can only say they have the most knowledgeable, helpful, entertaining staff who treat their customers with kindness. I look forward to always seeing Elaine and Andrew, and when I do, I always leave with a smile and a lighter step. The way of the world is such that if one treats others with respect and kindness, the same is always returned….

Always impeccable service, polite and always willing to help the customer to get the right service at the right price, its my go to post office when I'm in the area. 5 stars all day long.

very helpful staff shop very small but ok

I use Royal Mail click & collect so print my parcel labels off at home. I was passing so popped in to drop around 5 parcels off. Was served by an older lady who told me “people like me” are the reason the post office won’t be around in 10 years time! Incredibly rude and patronising. I spent thousands of pounds with Royal Mail each year for business purposes. Disgusting attitude - I have not returned since and make sure to use other post offices.

Huge queue due to Covid, and other POs being closed. Once on the door the staff were excellent, especially considering the pressure they must be under
