My partner and I use this post-office for our business. We use it probably 5 days a week, and have always experienced incredibly friendly and thoughtful service. We actively use this one instead of the one on cotham hill because the staff in cotham hill are very rude and difficult. Staff here are very welcoming and lovely

Use the Post Office in The Galleries instead, pretty terrible service here. Staff put pressure on to use online services, then flatly refused to accept non-signed-for services paid for through the online Click & Drop system, blaming Royal Mail for miscommunication. Upon talking to Royal Mail staff at the local sorting office (where I had been directed by this PO), I was assured that parcels should be dropped off at the Post Office. No apology was made for the wasted post day, plus the time spent going from place to place trying to send a paid-for parcel. Instead, I was told to make a complaint to Royal Mail (?!?!?!) Not using this branch ever again.

Excellent, family run, Post Office. Always friendly and helpful, which considering the issues in the area, is a minor miracle.

Was my go-to but has become a bit unreliable with its opening hours, I feel like they change so much it's hard to keep track and they don't advertise the changes anywhere I can find. I go to the Horfield one up the road now instead. Staff were always nice enough though.
