my first experience was pleasant and my dog came out happy smelling gorgeous and groomed decent advise or comments were given in a beguiling way discrete an reassuring as to cut I would say they are slightly over cautious rather than snip it off and hope it's to your liking which is good as you can ask to remove more but you can't ask for it to go back.
