Fabulous I have been getting my hair cut there for the last 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Top stylist and colour experts try it, staff make you feel very welcome.

All I can do here is give an honest account. I asked for colour that would naturally separate the curls and a cut that would lift them. I was charged £140 for balayage and a long hair cut, I don't have a before picture but it was 5 inches longer and virtually the same colour. I left feeling mugged off and actually with worse hair. So after a few days I rang and told them it wasn't what I had asked for and since I have had balayage before and payed for that it should look like that. They offered to re do it as the only option. Photo two is their second attempt to cut and balayage. Again I'd say it isnt a balayage or a colour that breaks up the curls and the cut is uneven, but also not one that understands my hair and worth £140.

I can't recommend this salon enough it is such a positive experience every time I go there. Customer Service is excellent and everyone goes out with a smile on their faces, such a professional crew of people. Liv chemically straightened my hair and having had this carried out in two other places, I recommend paying a bit more for products that are kind to the hair and the meticulous skills of Liv. I loved the end result. Neil, who is a maestro hairdresser -finished my hair with a cut and blow. If you want a fab hairdo in wonderful surroundings with wonderful people-this is the place to go.
