Fantastic family appointment with Miriam today. She was pacient, clear and made the appointment smooth for the children. The surgery is clean, spacious and lovely warm reception on the front desk too.

As a new patient at the clinic I was so nervous of coming to the dentist after 7 years but I felt at ease from the moment I walked it. Friendly and professional service and I can finally say that I am no longer scared of the dentist and will attend my check ups more regular. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars from me. Thanks

I had a very complicated extraction done from somewhere else but Portland road were amazing, they were understanding kind caring and helped with my anxiety, they had a very careful and professional approach they consistently saw me every couple of days for a period of 4 weeks with excellent outcome results. I totally reccommend this practice.

The dental treatment at this practice is first class, friendly, professional dentists and some of the best care I've experienced. The down fall however, is the lack of flexibility in getting an appointment, they book up weeks in advance and don't seem to keep any flexibility in their schedules for seeing people with more pressing problems, such as infections or pain. I have terrible tooth ache at the moment and I can't bee seen for three weeks. It's a real shame as otherwise I think the care here is great.

Visited Daniel for a hygiene appointment and I couldn't recommend him enough. I've been incredibly nervous of the dentists for years and he literally made the visit so stress free - highly recommend the practise.

Nicola is so great with our family, I started going to her a few years ago then my wife joined and finally my two kids. Her knowledge, communication and attention is second to none. I’m a nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist and Nicola always makes me feel at ease with all treatment, even my fillings! High recommend her!

What a breath of fresh air! Polite, friendly and helpful staff who always take a minute to give assistance if required. Always extremely busy but never too busy to give a helping hand! I think that I'm right in saying that almost nobody enjoys attending the dentist, but the staff here make every effort to ensure that the appointment goes as smoothly as possible! Can't thank you enough for your lovely attitude and helpful support!

I recently visited after not seeing a dentist for 6-7 years. I was in need of much help and very nervous. So far I have met a lovely dentist that didn't judge me, she just gave me a thorough check, xrays, advice and a plan on what needs doing. I feel happy and confident about going back to see her. I then saw the hygienist who was so very kind and made me feel at ease and was very gentle with me and gave great advice. Even the receptionist was delightful, very friendly and chatty. I'm so relieved to have come here so far!

Avoid! Tried for 2 days to get through as in agony with teeth.Left messages and urgent emails online ,nothing back! No option on answerphone for emergency dentist. Sadly this has happened before so I shouldn't have been surprised! Had to have an emergency private appt with another dentist. Will not be going back. Fascinating that you seem to find plenty of time to respond to your reviews and yet no time to call your customers back!
