Not very welcoming! Staff quite rude for a childrens party and made very aware that we were to leave no sooner the party had finished as the lady wanted to go home! Shouted at for using recycle bin for a cake box when I'd bagged up all my rubbish from the party. I wont be using the venue again. One of the most expensive in Portishead but wouldnt recommend. Other halls in the area are more user friendly and welcoming!
