Porsche Centre West London london

Its rare that I bother to write reviews, but for someone selling £100k cars they are pretty dire. I have visited twice in the past few months. Range Rover Sport diesel - need a new car re the new London restrictions. First time. Ignored, fire alarm test, told to leave. I did. Next time the other day. Car park full. There are 2-3 people inside so I assume that this was staff parking as there were few customers. Inside find the 4x4s upstairs. Looking. No one, but the offices are full of people wearing Porsche t shirts doing there utmost to ignore you. Cant open the book of a Macan. Seems the switches on the wiper blade. Man came over seemed to delight in that I could not open it and then vanished. I then asked a question and he reluctantly came back. Seemed surprised I did not know the Cayenne was a new model - I am there to look and learn not impress him with my knowledge. I dont want to be jumped on, but this is the total opposite. Heaps of staff, no customers and little customer interaction. Given the customer car park is not kept for customers as a starter they do seem wholly focused on themselves.

As a serial car buyer I have dealt with many dealerships when purchasing cars and I have to say this dealership is above and beyond any others I have dealt with. I have had the pleasure of dealing Andrew who has been outstanding from start to finish. I can not recommend this dealership enough and especially Andrew. So good, I traveled from Chester to purchase my car from them. Customer service and staff at the branch are excellent. I now have my new Porsche - Thanks again

Further to me last review, Porsche have contacted me with no resolution in sight. I very much doubt many of the positive comments about this dealer are real, more than likely spam/faked reviews. Be very careful. Porsche West London have absolutely no idea how to retain a customer. They just lost one. Dean, the Manager contacted me. Absolutely hopeless. Update: What would have cost £2300 to address through Porsche West London ended up costing less than £1000 - for a far superior job in my opinion. No issues with the car whatsoever since.

We've had our issues in the past, but wow. Just had the car in for an oil change and some warranty work. Not just faultless service, was genuinely good fun speaking to Jerry and Ben. Special mention to our technician, Adam too, his video walk around as part of the vehicle health check was incredibly detailed and really nice to see. The team have really turned this around and I now look forward to the next time the car goes in and we can catch up!

"We aren't allowed to give out part numbers". Seriously?

Very prompt service from Parts department, but the Porche's drivers not friendly at all. They didn't have enough customer parking, asking to park at double yellow line 😡

As I expected very exciting to see the new models had a chat with a very knowledgeable sales executive.
