I found the whole process of buying my Porsche, from start to finish, an extremely stress free experience right from the first phone contact with Damian and subsequent meeting to driving away happy! The cup of coffee was also excellent.

Matthew B is thorough, polite and professional in all that he does. Excellent customer service all round. *You miss sales opportunities with people like me; I adore my Cayman GTS, but could be tempted to move on perhaps, so why is it your sales staff don’t interact with waiting customers? It’s quite noticeable.

Matthew did a great job explaining all the parts of the warranty and we extended for two years. He then checked another car, our cayenne to discover it had a nail in the tyre and is arranging a speedy replacement

The service received was totally unacceptable from a high end brand. I had the incorrect car delivered back to me after my service and the communication throughout was non existent.

From first contact to delivery I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Everything promised was delivered upon exactly. Absolutely no complaints

Tried to rip me off for £9k, by pretending I needed work on my engine after taking it in for a recall. Luckily I took it to another garage to search for the problem they said I had, and they identified there was absolutely nothing wrong at all. In short, don’t trust them if they tell you work needs doing on your car. Shameful.

Usually I don’t write review however I decided to write today from my emotional standpoint. Recently I had small damage on my car on the door. I was worried and disappointed. I became very emotional and was confused till I spoke to Body shop Porsche Cambridge to person called TIM. He was extremely helpful we’re I visited him and left my car for the work to be carried out. Tim was regularly in contact with me and updated me. Tim was phenomenal with helping me and understanding my requirements. His knowledge and customer service was outstanding. I wish I could of given him 100 Star for what has done to keep me updated and smile on my face. I love my car and I love Poreche brand however I decided not to move from Porsche only because of Tim. I will recommend anyone and everyone to get the service from Tim at Porsche Cambridge (Body Shop). I would like to rate Tim with 5***** star and once again thank you very much Tim for helping me and making my day as great! I will remain grateful for your personal service which you have provided me. Well done Tim

Not a good experience. Tried Hatfield... Slightly better. all PMD seem to have a superior attitude due to the product they sell.
