We bought three bathroom suites from Porcelanosa from Manchester. Product is great, which is what you expect when paying such a large amount of money. Be careful when ordering products, they have a very inflexible policy on their returns. The after service experience wasn’t great. Products were incorrectly delivered and when trying to rectify this we had to forfeight 25% off the price we paid. On some items, they are simply not returnabale (special orders). So be careful and make sure to read terms and conditions very carefully. Stock distribution comes from spain. Don’t stock anything in UK which means any problems cause 3 - 4 week delays. Staff didn’t simply want to help. All they were interested in was making sales, teaching targets and simply no customer care. Really like the product but I do think more needs to be done on their training on customer care, returns and their stock distribution. Really didn’t want to write such a poor review but I have to be honest and make sure others don’t have the same experience.

Spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to ring and they kept putting the phone down - cancelling the call.

excellent customer service along with very polite staff. been looking around for tiles about 3 weeks now and came across Porcelanosa Manchester Showroom, the quality of the tiles are outstanding and it does as it say's on the tin! yes you could get a tile which looks the same but have you ever thought about what rating it has and how durable it is?? well am pretty sure Porcelanosa can Answer that question for you! Excellent Service and will 100% recommend all my family and friends to Porcelanosa
