Very disappointed with unfriendly service. Stock on floor looked good. Just don't expect friendly or prompt service when you get inside store. My 3 stars was a generous rating and the products saved them from a 1 star rating for bad service. I have never rated any business a 1 star. I wanted to on this experience I had at this shop but I love spas and their stock looked good on their shop floor and I was shown how to fill spa correctly even though they did not supply me with my spa. I had to ask to be sold spa products I was looking for. I think your experience here would be slightly better if your spa was purchased from them. Would recommend look elsewhere for spa supplies unless you purchase your spa from here. Sorry this is my worst review ever! I have tried really hard to factor in whatever positives of my experience shopping here that I could. You might have better luck with their service bed side manner. They treated me poorly. I still spent over $200 here because I drove a long way to get to their store so it was not like I purchased a $5 swimming floating device from them. I was going to spend up to $500 in there but just managed to get some of what I needed from the sales rep. Cut my loses and left. I have used 1 of their product which is pretty good. The other product I have not used yet and I purchased a similar product from Clark rubber for half the price with tip top service. 😥 I hope they never give this level of service again to anyone who walks through their shop doors. If they are like this to others they need to stick a sign up at front door saying 'you must buy a spa from here to get good service and supplies'

Wow where do I start Kim and Ian have been amazing to us with completely giving us the best customer service experience even though we didn’t buy our spa from them I couldn’t thank them enough going way beyond to help get my water right I can’t thank you guys enough if you want a spa definitely go see Kim I could not express my gratitude enough

I went in to get pricing on a swim spa but nobody works in there. However if you want to catch up on the latest gossip then the woman leaning on the counter is a treasure trove. Well back to Bridges Wade to spend my thirty thousand dollars.
