Pools on the Park london

A nice pool with a lovely outside and nice temperature. Would do with a refresh of the changing rooms. The bar has only junk food, what a missed opportunity!

Changing rooms/ showers etc could deff do with a bit of love, but the pools themselves are amazing! Huge, clean and hardly anyone there. The one outside is particularly nice. Friendly staff and atmosphere.

It's an alright pool, nothing special. The changing rooms are usually quite clean however the toilets can be a bit dirty. The pool overall is decent, chlorine levels in my opinion are quite high but not bad. The few new lights that you have put in are good and you should do the rest if them. Never interacted with staff much but the few times I have they were great. Never tried the food or gym, only the pool.

The pools are clean there is an outdoor space and its amazing the changing rooms are brilliant and the showers are the right temperature it is really amazing you should go there

very rude and arrogant stuff !!!! Today I left the pool to buy something from outside and when I got back they have refused my access in saying it is not allowed anymore to get in once I left , why Nobody has inform me that in the moment when I wanted to leave the place? do they know how to treat their customers with respect? for sure not !!! very sad ...shame for us, we need to face these situations.

Have been coming to this pool for years and have always loved it. Lovely big pool and separate smaller pool for children plus outdoor pool. Nice spacious changing area. Perhaps showers could do with updating, could be bigger and hot water a bit hit and miss.

Excellent facilities, helpful staff. Especially oliver who's customer service skill are exemplary. Altogether a nice place to swim

Fun playground outside for kids. Nice pool... COVID restrictions apply.

Nobody answer the phone trying to find out if they open and if 8 gave to booked before I come . 🙄
