I've had absolutely terrible service off late with PoolQuip. They used to be great and be able to offer assistance and come and do servicing as needed. Now they refuse to offer any kind of bookings in advance for maintenance and service related work. Instead they decide to call me on the day to ask if I'm available and I am usually at work. How am I expected to drop all my work and run home so that they can come and do my servicing? It has been 5 months and they still haven't been able to give me a booking, what kind of pool maintenance service are you offering if I cannot even book my own pool servicing in advance? It's like deciding to rock up for a car service without a booking which most mechanics will turn you away without a booking. I'm horribly disappointed in your service, and I hope someone from PoolQuip reads this message and takes some action to help keep their loyal customers. EDIT: "During this time we looked after our actual regular customers not the one off calls like yourself." This is a very disgraceful statement to make. Disappointed to see that you believe after us using your service for the last 12 years we are not classified as your actual customers. Glad to know where we stand.
