Top notch service! I was kept updated with the order progress and the spa was delivered yesterday. The team talked me through all the details about the spa and its maintenance and even stayed over at a local hotel so that they could check all was fine this morning - once it was full and up to temperature!

We recently bought a hottub with Pool Spas and the service was excellent, from initial contact to advice about models, delivery and installation, all responses were quick, informative and very helpful (they even assisted liaising with our electrician about requirements). The delivery and installation were quick and straight forward and took place ahead of schedule. All aftersales queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The hottub is excellent and we would highly recommend them, excellent service and friendly staff all round.

Neil and the team delivered and installed the Hydro 5 as soon as it arrived with Pool Spas. We have enjoyed the last 4 weeks using the hot tub. Excellent, prompt service from Neil when we encountered a minor glitch with the Hot tub.
