Hands down the best service I have received tin the last 10 years with the pool / spa industry. I called Jake, the 6th person I called with a overheat error code on my spa. every single person previous stated that it would be a min 1 to 2 hr job, and a 180 to 250 dollar call out fee as well. Jake was a legend. told me to follow his instructions using the keypad on the Davey SP800 and by using certain keys simultaneously I was able to reset the controller. I can’t recommend this guy more for his professionalism, morels, and business ethics. A++++
