We had a pool installed over a year ago. The wrong sized filter was installed and the pool light did not work. It took at least 20 phone calls and many messages to get this fixed. We kept getting told that they would come the next week . I asked to speak to the manager but they never returned my calls. Eventually they came but it was a good 5 months of hassling them.
