Slow to do anything and had to keep chasing them to see if any progress. Gave me the impression I was annoying them but they are supposed to solve crimes. Eventially I gave up and they never got back in touch with me.

Well first of all the receptionist at the desk didn't take my details correctly. I had booked a room with majestic views over the Govan countryside, this didn't happen. I was not asked what newspaper if any id like whilst I enjoyed my complimentary breakfast. The selection of artisan teas was very limited as was the continental buffet and cooked break fast. I was hoping the evening dinner service would be a little better. The meal choice was limited and whilst selecting my gourmet pot noodle the waiting staff could not inform me of choice (I suspect they couldn't read) simply stating green, brown or yellow. Very unhelpful! Now the accommodation. I think my key didn't work as I struggled to get back out of my room which was at best basic. The room was rather basic, lacking in soft furnishings or mood lighting. The bedding was so bad I thought it was from IKEA. I struggled to find any sockets to plug my laptop into and when I called room service they also said there was no WiFi, terrible!!! The early morning call was a godsend as I didn't want to sleep in for court as that would have ruined my day. Shame on you I must say that Police Scotland should pull their socks up or customers will go else where in the future when there are so many other options in the Glasgow. Let this be a lesson to you for the future and I hope that you will rectify aforementioned issues before my next short break. Pros. Good city transport links. Cons. Indifferent unhelpful waiting staff. No WiFi or coffee making facilities in room.

Terrible service.... The f&b facility is shocking. Although the room wasn't cold, I still couldn't sleep because of other residents in the other rooms (cells). Below par for the money you spend on taxes. I'll won't be back and will continue to use the MP Barricks cells instead.. (better f&b facilities aswell)

Hi the officers are always well turned out and smart and most of them have shown compassion and consideration when i have asked for help they are also polite and listen to when they need to understand what is happening around people. I should know as i have received this kind help and understanding. I have found that are officers are fair with me and it makes things easier foe mw to show tje same back in return vexausr the job is hard enough as itbis and don't need it made worse by those who xhoose to abuse them and what they do. I have seen a few reviews about teens beimg arrested there will have been a reason because i don't believe for onw minute that it is for no reason and the teens do make it difficult for the police to notify parents when these parents need to be teaching their teenage kids right from wrong. I know i am not a perfect but i have always made sure my kids where taught to know the difference bet right and wrong and if police had notified me of them being arrested then i know there would have been a reason because i know all to well my kids are not angels as a parent can't be with rhem all the rime so don't often know what kids are up to
