Not helpful at all, they don't care pass on any messages or give u any information.

I was collected by the chauffeur at midnight on a Friday night, which is handy as taxis are hard to get at this time. Bed very uncomfortable and must be folded in half. There was no sink in my room. Breakfast worst microwave meal ever. Toilet worked well. Tea and coffee available and was offered didn't have to ask! Room service is quick unless you bang the door they ignore you. Impolite neighbours can be incessantly noisy, made monkey noises and bang the door to the tune of football chants. Staff could smile more although quite friendly. They say I need to pay 500 for the room for just one night. Do not recommend.

I would like to thank the on duty sergeant on sunday afternoon of the 13th of may when i collected my son from custody.He helped so much and explained what all procedures will be.A situation the night previous which he listened to and helped my wife and i so much.Thank you so much.Thanks so much John and Carol Cameron.
