Rented a 1 person apartment in Orchard Park. Professional, polite, and responsive. Issues with the property was addressed by contractors within a week or two. Highly recommended!

I used Pocock and Shaw to sell my house in the Riverside area of Cambridge (June 2019) after getting proposals from 4 other agents, and In spite of electing to go with a top of the market price they achieved more for me. Their marketing of the house was fantastic, coming out to take extra photos in different lights and were meticulous with the details. They showed a stream of potential buyers round for me and were very flexible to work with. Kevin Burt Gray handled the sale and negotiations very thoughtfully and with great tact. Nothing was too much trouble, and communications were excellent all through. Highly recommend them and delighted I chose them.

We had a great experience renting a flat that was managed by Pocock & Shaw. The manager, Judy, was very responsive to e-mail/phone and communication was smooth. Inventory and check-out were handled very professionally and we had access to web services to declare any issues as well as to access the inventory/checkout documents and photos.
