Really helpful and friendly staff and a good range of gear for guitars, bass, drums, keys, pa and accessories! Only draw back is slightly more expensive than online, but if you want to try before you buy then we'll with it and with customer care! Worth it for me.

I wanted a new bass guitar. They didn't have the one I was seeking but another store in England did and they organized the transfer within a few days. They couldn't have been more helpful and hilarious in their approach in the team. Excellent service and great guys to deal with.

So glad I decided to pop in off the cuff while on holiday in Cambridge. Over 2 days, trying a small list of guitars, narrowing down what felt and sounded best (a difficult choice!) and lots and lots of help, talking and demoing from the staff (which were very kind to put up with me and help guide me throughout). Finally have myself an amazing electric guitar and amp combo with accessories! Can't give my thanks enough, highly recommend.

Excellent shop, the staff is very friendly and competent. I never had the feeling that they were trying to "sell" me a particular instrument. They were extra helpful with some changes I made to my order. Even with limited stock due to drivers' shortages and Covid, I managed to find a guitar that was perfect for me.

This is a proper music shop with a decent amount of space, where you'll often find people are trying out instruments. The service was friendly. If they don't have the product in stock, they can get it for you to try, though there is a refundable deposit for that of 10%. I thought that was totally reasonable. We paid about £20 more than Amazon for a first keyboard for my daughter to learn piano. Well worth it for the chance to try the product - I did not ask for a discount, I believe there is some sort of price match promise if you need it. The returns policy is also good (apparently). Recommended.
