Having never had a massage of any type before, I didn't really know what to expect, but Jon was exceptionally professional and clearly has a depth of understanding surrounding his work. Not only did I receive a massage, but also some really useful tips on stretching and how I can improve my posture which I am now putting into practice. I fully recommend this company for any first timers like myself.

That was an incredible massage, Jon is highly skillled at what he does leaving you feeling so much better than when you walk in the door. After my first session I'm going back again and will no doubt be a regular visitor with all the sport I do coupled with a stressfull job.... Thanks Jon, I feel lucky to have found you, I'm now lying at home feeling very relaxed 🙂
