Having never had a massage of any type before, I didn't really know what to expect, but Jon was exceptionally professional and clearly has a depth of understanding surrounding his work. Not only did I receive a massage, but also some really useful tips on stretching and how I can improve my posture which I am now putting into practice. I fully recommend this company for any first timers like myself.
