Pizza Hut Restaurants salisbury

Great location withstanding, we received excellent service even though they were under staffed (30/11/19). My child, our nephew, wife and myself spent two hours enjoying our food and service completely missing the lantern procession we went into town to see! Really yummy pizzas and the kids loved the ice cream station. Keep up the good work :)

Came on a Sunday and I don't know if it was just understaffed or what but the service was extremely slow. It took them an awfully long time to turn up to even take our orders or even bring us the bill and some boxes. They didn't check up on us at any point during our meal which I think would be regular restaurant service etiquette at this point. The food turned up quickly though and it tasted good. On the cheese bites pizza the dough was extremely thin though. The physical building and decoration appears to be haphazardly done. The paintings are uneven and not straight on the walls and the whole restaurant feels disjoined and outdated. It didn't even have a self service drinks station - you had to ask the waiter for a refill... But the waiter would never come over to check on us. All in all, it felt quite shabby and unprofessional. Nothing seriously wrong but you need quite a lot of patience if you want to eat here.

sat for 20 mind before anyone took our order, then another 40 minds to actually get any food... and we weren't the only ones! it felt like they had completely forgotten about us, no apology, no excuses given. will never eat there again.

Fast service, great value, tasty flat bread vege pizza, and allowed to take a box of leftovers home

It's fine, but they have no drink machine, so you have to ask for a refill. Again, this is fine, or would be if the staff didn't seem to be actively avoiding you. I probably wouldn't go to the Salisbury one again, but there are Pizza Hut restaurants that I've been to and enjoyed.

The quality of the food was great as was the waitress that served us. However I'm only able to give 3 stars as the service was quite slow. Now had they been busy I could understand the service but they weren't that busy there were maybe 15 others eating there. Sorry pizza hut better luck next time.
