Pizza Hut Restaurants manchester

It was great. Tasty food and amazing service. When one of the waiters messed up an order, they gave us the pizza for free! Brilliant.

Absolutely appalling service, we were made to feel very uncomfortable as we had an unhappy 3 month old baby with us who kept crying and we were practically ushered out after less than an hour into our all you can eat lunch. Avoid at all costs if you have young children! I have made a complaint and have basically been told they did nothing wrong so they can't help they way we felt! Absolutely disgusting treatment!

I usually really enjoy going to pizza hut because they have nice buffet and it is quick, but when I went in this one the staff members were really slow and when we asked if we could start the buffet some very un friendly staff member answered rudely to us just to wait. I think the food is nice, but staff being rude to the clients especially for a small matter is unacceptable and ruins the mood. Not going to this one again.

This pizza hut was great. The staff were nice and the pizza tasted delicious. Just wish it was a little cheaper but other than that it was brilliant 👏🏾

Lots of options to choose from. Great place for American style pizza. I love it! Great if you want to indulge! The only thing that I didn't like was the new way that you needed to order via their site even though we were in store, but I suppose that just takes getting used to. I'd still much rather order with a person.

Had a meal here last night and thoroughly exceeded expectations. Food was absolutely delicious, salad bar was so fresh and so much choice, and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Wish we'd got their names but a lady and a younger boy who served us were so friendly and attentive it made our trip thoroughly enjoyable. Would definitely go back sometime.

Nice food and decent choice... Very annoying that they now direct you to scan a barcode on the table to order and pay... Which then declined 3 different cards. Collared the waitress to do it the old fashioned way and got told "yea, it does that"... Why tell people to scan the code if it's just gonna decline every card given

Visited pretty late on a Saturday evening and there were only a couple of other tables in. Ordered through the app which was easy to use. Salad all seemed fresh still even so late on. Manager and team member were lovely and helpful. Food was great. Thank you.
