Pizza Hut Restaurants leeds

Fantastic location for kids and families. Unlimited soda-fountain drinks (Pepsi, Tango, 7-Up Free, all with option for flavoured syrups). Same for the ice cream - kids love to do it themselves! Pizzas aren't out of this world, but they are tasty and fill you up. Starters are also tasty! The environment is pretty cool and is American themed, like all other Pizza Huts. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Can't complain and will be going back!

Nice food and staff were good too. Always checking we were ok and if we needed anything. Very nice experience.

Came in for a Buffett. Nice clean restaurant, staff are fairly polite. Long wait but it’s a busy weekend. Shame about the soft drinks. Honestly very disappointed. Need to sort them out. Food was spot on shame it took so long getting the deep pan veggie pizzas out.

Very expensive to eat in, we ordered a couple of combo meals (for 4 of us) and it came to just over £50, was barely looked at by the staff just told to go help ourselves to the salad bar and soft drinks then we didn't see anyone until we had to flag someone down to pay our bill. On the way out we noticed the takeout equivalent to what we'd just eaten (virtually identical apart from no salad bar) it would have been £26. Needless to say we won't be rushing back

It was awful. Bottomless drinks broken, no alternative offered. My partner wanted Diet Pepsi but is only available on bottomless drinks, again no alternative offered. Hardly any pizzas on the buffet and mainly just mushroom ones offered. Poor service, poor attitude.

Lovely friendly staff when ordering and collecting to take home. Gluten free pizza available which is a bonus as one of the family requires - not always possible from takeaways.

What terrible service by the managers at this pizza hut, walked in with young kids and made to feel like absolute children and wrong ones, disgusting behaviour and would not expect this from a big company like this. We are one big family under one household, we understand there were 16 of us and ofcourse we understand that even though we live together we couldn't sit together, but to say to us we are going to sit you at complete opposite ends after one nice girl said they would sit us in 1 area but separated from each other which we were fine with but for the manager to say we are not allowed to talk to each other and they would rather sit us next to people we dont know is an absolute joke. We said we would sit separately but to then be subject to being talked to like a child been told off by their head master is a joke. To say we as a family eat at Pizza Hut weekly this is a joke. It was obvious they had cleaned the restaurant and did not want to do it again as they were they were closing in an hour. The worst thing is we called and made our way down after speaking. Great management skills to not come out and talk to us too. The managers names were Becky and Sarah

A great experience in these very uncertain times for all. Hospitality establishments. A few changes for Covid but it works and the staff go out of their way to make sure that despite the changes it runs smoothly.

Covid security is good which means that there is no self service for salad bar etc. A reduced but sufficient menu.
