I was told the order would be 30-40 mins ... It arrived 20 minutes late and all the food was Luke warm to cold. We order the XL Doritos nachos - it was stone cold and we only had 5 Doritos. Absolutely ridiculous. I spoke with someone over the phone and all I had was an apology and £10 off my next order - that won't happen as I am not ordering from there again! Disappointed and a total waste of money!

Used to order from here regularly but recently has gone down hill massively, pizza was an 1 and half hour late, then order another time thinking must of been one off, only to take 1 hour and 40 minutes, when it did arrive food was stone cold, staff lied on phone about when food would arrive, will avoid from now on. Used to be 5 star, now id give it 0 if i could.

Up until this week I would have given this PHD a 5-star rating, but my most recent experience has left a sour taste and I won't be ordering from them again. 1.5 hours after ordering the pizza it still hadn't arrived, and they're virtually impossible to get hold of on the phone so I had no choice but to drive down to speak to someone. The guy behind the counter wasn't exactly unhelpful, but he lacked any kind of enthusiasm in helping me track down where my pizza was, other than to tell me they were really really busy and the pizza had been taken. By the time the it arrived it was nearly cold and somewhat inedible. A shame, because the £5 medium pizza deal is a bargain in comparison to Domino's prices.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:50 with a delivery time of 7:35. The delivery driver changed over 3 times and was given a latest arrival time of 8:05. Ordered was cancelled with no contact at 8:10. Waited over an hour for nothing :( Now they won’t answer the phone and help explain what happened. Super disappointing.
