5/ 5

The staff were extremely helpful and even when my dessert was out stock, they offered an alternative which wasn't on the menu. The service was very quick and staff were so friendly and checked up on me regularly. The food was lovely presented, cooked well and the general atmosphere felt positive as the kitchen staff were filling the air with positive vibes when the restaurant was quiet. The hot and cold drinks were of standard and accompanied with a serviette so I never had a sticky table issue. The restaurant was overall clean, tidy including the cutlery.

I was told today by the waiter that it is the responsibility of the customer to check the small print, after I enquired before ordering if the 25% off your food bill voucher cloud offer was valid and I was told it was but sadly when it came to pay I was then told it is valid today but not until after 5 pm and since it was 2:45 pm I would have to pay the full price. So the information he gave me was not false, could be interpreted as misleading but I just wanted to warn other customers in case they encounter the same problem as I did today.

Awful. Took three youngsters with good and not fussy appetites . Two pasta dishes from children's menu both lukewarm. Hard pasta. Margarita for older one was soggy and again just warm. Poor really. Wouldn't last an hour in Italy or Greece. Waiter friendly and should have been a better experience. No need for cold unappealing stuff these days.

Pizza was terrible (soaked with green pepper) and drinks arrived way before food, despite us asking otherwise. Also, I know this is kinda common in England, but utensils were not washed property, and it is something I will never get used to.
