We ordered gluten free pizza for 12 pounds. It was so small it wasn't worth the money. Too small pizza. But nice & quick services

We were served by Claire, who was literally faultless! Absolutely perfect balance of professional and friendly. Anticipated all our needs and super lovely. Give this girl a raise!

Quite disappointed by our Pizza Express experience this evening. They didn't have our first choice of starter - disappointing but okay as they told us straight away - but then took 20 minutes to tell us that they didn't have enough of our second choice for everyone who had ordered it so we decided to cancel the starters order. Consequently it was 45 minutes before the kids even got their dough balls and am hour before we got our mains. I appreciate they were busy but not what we usually experience from Pizza Express.

Lovely meal. Efficient and friendly service. Busy, as a good place should be. All branches seem to serve excellent Pizza and are my favourite outlet in any town.

Reliable and you know what you’re getting from a Pizza Express. Our waitress wasn’t particularly friendly. Won’t go again.

We arrived at a busy time on a Saturday evening. We had booked on the phone a few days previously. There was no sign of the booking on their system, but we were dealt with very pleasantly and shown to a table. The food was excellent and the staff really friendly. Next time we'll come in warm weather, and eat outside overlooking the Water of Leith.

I'm from Rome, and to be honest their Roman style pizza (thin and crispy) is really great! I'm very picky about pizzas, and I can tell that even though it is a franchise, the dough is properly done in terms of levitation. Very light! Maybe just the mozzarella could be "improvable", but it's still quite good (it's not a fake pizza cheese at all) . I tried several other Roman style pizzas in Edinburgh but the one served at Pizza Express is by far the best.

Always nice pizza. Service was really good. Chris was amazing. Well worth a visit.
